Use the app. It is a register, not advice. Your book lives on your device and I have no copy, so looking after it is yours.
It is a servicing register. Not advice, and not a record of advice.
Nothing here touches your firm's records. Deleting a client changes nothing anywhere else.
Backups are yours. I cannot recover a lost book or a forgotten passphrase.
Provided as it is. I will try to keep it working. That is an intention, not a guarantee.

Nursa, an individual in Singapore. Using the app means accepting these terms. If you do not, delete it.
A servicing register. Who your clients are, what they hold, when premiums fall due, when birthdays and CPF milestones arrive, and what you last noted.
A better version of the spreadsheet you already keep. That is the whole ambition.
Your regulatory obligations are unchanged. Where they and this app disagree, follow them.
The data. The personal data you enter relates to your clients. Your responsibility for handling it lawfully and in accordance with your firm's requirements remains unchanged. Having a proper basis for holding it, and keeping it accurate, stay your job.
Backups. Your book is only on your device and the key never leaves it. Lost, damaged or wiped with no backup means gone, for me as much as for you. The app will remind you. Making it is yours.
Your passphrase. Forget it and that backup is permanently unreadable. Not a policy I could waive: the file is encrypted and I do not have the key.
To try to keep it working, fix what breaks, and be straight about problems. A real intention, not a guarantee.
I do not promise it is fault-free, that every reminder arrives, or that it suits any particular purpose. Notifications depend on your device and its settings. Treat it as a good assistant rather than an infallible one.
As far as the law allows, I am not liable for losses from using the app: missed premiums, lapsed policies, lost business, lost data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid in the twelve months before the claim. During the beta that is nothing. This excludes nothing that cannot legally be excluded.
Free while it lasts, tested by a handful of advisers. Things will change and some will break. Keep a backup, and keep your spreadsheet until you trust this.
Feedback may shape what gets built. If you want something you tell me kept private, say so and it will be.
Any subscription runs through Apple, on Apple's terms, with refunds handled by them. You will be told before anything costs money, and nobody gets charged for something they were told was free.
Delete the app and everything goes with it. Export a backup first if you want to keep your book, because there is no copy anywhere else.
If I ever stop offering it, you get notice in time to export. Losing access to your own client book without warning would be indefensible.
